Why choose Christie Designs? TOP

All of our products are printed by professional printers who are some of the best the industry has to offer.  Every one of the designs you see is custom made for the Christie Designs line, and is truly one-of-a-kind.

Once I place an order, when do you need the photos? TOP

Once you have placed your order, the photos for that order need to be received within 3 days of the order date. If the photos have not been received, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded. We will try to contact you before any order is cancelled to see if you are having any issues with getting your photos uploaded to us.

How long does it take to receive my order? TOP

The first step is to pick out the product(s) and place your order through our website.  Next, submit your photos.  I will email you a proof typically within 1-2 business days* of receiving the photo(s) and have you approve the proof by email. Upon approval, the order is sent to print and will be drop shipped to you directly from the printer, typically arriving in 3-4 business days. The average turnaround from start to finish is about one week, depending on the number of changes needed on your proof.

*Note: Proofs are typically emailed within 24 - 48 hours, but during peak times (November/December), proofs can take up to 3 days.

How do I send my photos to you? TOP

AFTER you have placed your order, simply go to our homepage and click the “upload photos” button.  Please make sure the file name is your first initial and your last name.  (Example: cpinney.jpg)

What are the photo specifications? TOP

Photo MUST be a high quality digital photo – 300 DPI or greater and in .jpg format.  Please take into consideration that the quality of the picture you submit is very important.  The better the quality, the better it will look once it’s printed.  All photos will be cropped to best fit the card.  Christie Designs has the right to reject a photo because of quality or copyright concerns.  Submitting a photo implies that your either own the image or have permission from the owner to reprint the image.  We will not be held liable for any photo related issues.

Can I use photos that were taken professionally? TOP

All photos that were taken professionally require a release from the photographer. Your photographer must email us at info@christiedesigns.com, granting us permission to reproduce the images.

Will I receive a proof before the order is processed? TOP

Yes! A digital proof will be emailed to you for approval before the order is processed. This ensures that there aren’t any errors. If you would like to see any changes made to your proof, simply reply to the email with the changes and we will send you a revised proof. Your order will not be processed until you give the final approval on the proof for printing. Please look over your proof very carefully. Once a proof is approved for print, you are responsible for the printed order. If any changes need to be made AFTER a proof has already been approved, there will be a reprint fee that is the customer’s responsibility.

Do you have a store? TOP

Christie Designs currently only sells online and by appointment to local customers.

What type of payment do you accept?  TOP

Our online shopping cart accepts all major credit cards and Paypal.

Do you charge sales tax? TOP

Christie Designs collects sales tax from Arkansas state residents, as it is the state in which we have a physical presence. Residents in other states will not be charged sales tax.

Do you ship internationally?  TOP

No. Unfortunately at this time Christie Designs is only set up for shipping within the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order?  TOP

Once an order is placed it goes into the queue for production. If you want to change or cancel an order please call immediately. Once an order goes into production it can not be canceled.

How much is shipping?  TOP

Christie Designs offers a flat shipping rate of $9.00 and FREE shipping on all orders over $300.

Is my personal information safe? TOP

Yes! Christie Designs is a secure site so your information is safe.

How can I track my order? TOP

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. An email will also be sent with shipping details once an order is shipped.
